The stage contains of a couple of cubes and two raised platforms with built in hatches from which various props are pulled. A number of white books are used to suggest, well, books and, in one poignant scene, the graves of interred Aleuts in Funter Bay.
The spare set compliments the minimalist motion of the production. The richness of the photographs reflects the richness of the mind alert to its surroundings.
